What To Expect During Your Massage Session

When you arrive for your session my primary intention is that you feel warmth and genuine care.

I want you to feel that you are in a comfortable, safe, and sacred place. A place where you can relax and allow your body, mind and spirit the opportunity to heal and renew.

Very briefly before the session begins we will discuss any specific issues or areas of your body that you would like to focus on. This will help ensure that you have a great massage experience.

After the brief introduction you may disrobe to your personal comfort level and the massage will begin!
